Offering training options based on sound scientific principles, Club Falcon is located in the state-of-the-art Falcon Field House on the campus of Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School.  Programs in the 2,500-square-foot facility are open to anyone and utilize a cutting edge training curriculum to promote athletic and fitness progression under the supervision of two full-time Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists.

Semi-Private Training (45-60 min sessions)

Semi-Private Post-rehabilitation Training (45-60 min sessions)

Programs designed for those individuals who are recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal injuries that address the gap between physical therapy and normal activity.
