Accepted families have 10 business days to submit the deposit and secure the seat.
What to Submit
Requirements vary a little by grade band. The application fee is $100, one-time and non-refundable.

- Classroom Teacher Evaluation — completed by the current or most recent classroom teacher and submitted directly to Saint Stephen's (if applicable).
- Progress report or report card (if applicable).

Financial aid is not a stage — it runs alongside the whole journey, is separate from the application, and admission is decided without regard to it. More than $2 million in need-based aid is awarded annually.

- The school issues the I-20 form, certified to accept international students for study in the U.S.
- English proficiency is required.
