- Contracts go out in early February.

- Completed applications reviewed as they arrive.

- Re-reviewed in full whenever a seat opens.
- No earlier than February 10
Accepted families have 10 business days to submit the deposit and secure the seat.
What to Submit
Requirements vary a little by grade band. The application fee is $100, one-time and non-refundable.
Start the Financial Aid Conversation Early
Financial aid is not a stage — it runs alongside the whole journey, is separate from the application, and admission is decided without regard to it. More than $2 million in need-based aid is awarded annually.

- International families apply directly to Saint Stephen's — no outside organization is necessary.
- The school issues the I-20 form, certified to accept international students for study in the U.S.
- English proficiency is required.
- Students must reside locally with their parents or a legal custodial guardian.
