Program

Since becoming a founding member of the Sunshine State Athletic Association in 2008, the Falcons have reached the league's championship game six times and collected three state titles (2016, 2017, 2022). The program was relaunched in 2006 after a 32-year hiatus. From 2015-19 under Head Coach Tod Creneti, SSES posted a 50-7 record, won 24 consecutive games (Aug. 2016 to Sept. 2018), and made four straight (2015-18) SSAA Championship Game appearances. The Falcons also captured the SSAA Class 5A title in 2022 under Coach A.J. Brown. Saint Stephen's has had great success creating opportunities for its student-athletes at the collegiate level. In 11 of the past 14 years, at least one Falcon has moved on to play at a NCAA Division I FBS or FCS program. In 2023, Class of 2018 alumni Chase Brown and Sydney Brown became the first Falcons chosen in the NFL draft – Sydney in the third round by the Philadelphia Eagles and Chase in the fifth round by the Cincinnati Bengals. Sydney Brown won a championship as a member of the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
