Privacy
This page explains what saintstephens.org collects when you visit, and who else sees it. It covers this website only.

What we collect
You can read every public page on this site without telling us who you are. We do not ask you to make an account and we do not sell anything about you.
While you browse, we collect the pages you visited, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device and browser you used, and how long the pages took to load. We use it to fix what is broken and to see which pages families actually need.
If you fill in a form — an enquiry, an application, a gift — you are giving us what you typed on purpose, and we use it to answer you.
Services this site uses
These are the outside companies that see something when you use this site. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Vercel
- Hosts the website and counts page views and loading speed. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not follow you between websites. Their privacy policy
- Microsoft Clarity
- Records how people move through the site — clicks, scrolling, and a replay of the visit — so we can see where the site is confusing. It does not record what you type into a form. Their privacy policy
- Sanity
- Stores the words and photographs on the site and delivers the images. Their privacy policy
- Mux
- Delivers the films on the site and counts how much of one was watched. Their privacy policy
- Google Maps
- Draws the campus map on the visit pages. Google receives a request when that map loads. Their privacy policy
- YouTube
- Plays embedded videos. We use youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set advertising cookies unless a video is played. Their privacy policy
- Blackbaud
- Runs the online giving form and the family portal. Anything you type into those belongs to Blackbaud's systems, not this website. Their privacy policy
Your choices
Your browser can block cookies and scripts, and turning on “Do Not Track” or a tracking blocker will stop the session recording described above. The site is built to work either way.
If you would like to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, write to us at the address below and we will tell you what we can.
Children
This website is written for parents and prospective families, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it. Student records held inside the school’s own systems are governed by the school’s policies, not by this page.
