From The Director Of Admissions

Larry Jensen, Director of AdmissionsThank you for visiting the Admissions pages at the Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School website. We hope you like what you see and will contact us with your questions. It will be our pleasure to discuss with you the many wonderful features of SSES, and how they are so important to the growth of a young person.

When you visit, you will quickly see that it is our students who comprise the very heart and soul of who we are and what we stand for. They are simply remarkable. They support and encourage each other. They are collegial and civil towards one another. They are goal-oriented and interested in delivering their best each day. They come to Saint Stephen’s from many backgrounds and faiths, but they revel in the joy of discovery and personal and academic growth in one of America’s best independent schools.

Our faculty are among the most dedicated and accomplished professionals anywhere. They are superb in the classroom, of course, but they also excel in their work with students in clubs, sports, and numerous extracurricular activities. To be a teacher at Saint Stephen’s is to live up to the awesome responsibility of the education, guidance, and care of children by modeling the expectations we have for our students.

For nearly 50 years, Saint Stephen’s has been the preferred choice for families in southwest Florida who seek a world-class educational experience for their children. We look forward to welcoming you to campus! Call the Admissions Office to arrange your visit.

How Far Will Your Child Go?

At Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School, we believe that every child, Pre-K through 12, deserves the opportunity to go further, reach higher, explore their curiosities and discover their world through the power of learning.

For over 40 years, Saint Stephen’s has given children from around the region and across the globe just that opportunity, educating the ‘whole child’ through a wide-ranging curriculum.

From the arts to athletics, from issues on environment to character development, at Saint Stephen’s we strive to provide each child the forum to fulfill his or her own potential within a truly caring community.

We invite you to explore the opportunity for your child. To tour our campus, meet faculty, see our beautiful grounds and ask any questions you might have.

Discover The Difference

Saint Stephen’s is more than a school, it’s a world all its own. A singular, expansive campus that buzzes with student activity, sports teams and a natural environment spanning 35 sprawling acres.

Located on the McLewis Bayou, Saint Stephen’s takes advantage of this dynamic location to give children a deeper understanding and appreciation of the environment every day as they learn and play.

Experience the difference for yourself. Tour our campus, visit our faculty, speak one on one with the students and see Pre-K3 through 12 student life in action.
