Girls Softball

District Champions: 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008

Varsity Head Coach: Mike Murphy
Assistant Coach: Steve Kanter

Practice Location: Practices for the softball team is held at Turner Fields (Saint Stephen’s Athletic Fields) located behind the Upper School.

Home Games: All home softball games are played at Turner Fields.

Away Games: The Softball teams will play in games ranging from Sarasota to Tampa. Should the varsity softball team advance to the State regional playoffs or State championships, farther travel may be required. Transportation is provided to and from all away games.

Key Dates:
Mon. Jan. 9:  1st Practice Date: All FHSAA paperwork os due on or before this date
Tue. Feb. 14:  1st Varsity Game v. Palmetto High – 4:00 (Home)
Sat. Mar. 3: Booster Club Spring Car Wash: 10:00 – 2:00 (US Parking Lot)
Wed. Apr. 11: Senior Day (last home game) v. Booker High – 4:30 (Home)
Tues. Apr. 17: District Tournament v. Bradenton Christian – 3:00 p.m.  (at Out-Of-Door)
Thur. Apr. 19: District Finals at Out-Of-Door – 5:00 p.m.
