EE Ford Diverse Scholars Award - The EE Ford Diverse Scholars Award was made possible through a challenge grant by the Edward E. Ford Foundation. This prestigious award provides an educational opportunity for students of diversity in the Upper School who demonstrate academic excellence, good citizenship and a willingness to participate in extracurricular activities.
Leach Scholars Award - The Leach Scholars Award was made possible by a gift from Julie and Brock Leach. This award encourages students with excellent academic potential and a record of good citizenship to enroll in and continue attending the Upper School.
Hoenle Scholastic Award - The Hoenle Family Scholastic Award is given to a Saint Stephen’s student who demonstrates integrity, responsible citizenship, and intellectual curiosity.
Sheffler Scholastic Award - The Edgar E. and Robert J. Sheffler Memorial Scholastic Award is awarded to a Saint Stephen’s student who demonstrates responsible citizenship and dedication to the school community through involvement in academics and the life of the school.
Goergen Scholarship - The Goergen Scholarship is awarded to an Upper School student who demonstrates a strong academic record, is actively involved in the life of the school, and is a responsible citizen to the school community.
William K. Frye Memorial Scholarship - The William K. Frye Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student in any grade who has shown academic ability and intellectual promise. Mandy Stoll Scholarship - The Mandy Stoll Scholarship is awarded to a Middle or Upper School student who combines commitment to scholarship, athletics, and who has attained the honor roll.
Rev. Dr. Benton Wood Scholarship - The Reverend Dr. Benton Wood Scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates outstanding character and academic promise and who participates with enthusiasm in the life of the school and community.
Lindsay Scholarship - The Lindsay Scholarship is awarded to students in kindergarten through eighth grade who contribute to the life of the school.
Daniel D. Miller Memorial Scholarship - The Daniel D. Miller Memorial Scholarship is awarded to an Upper School student(s) who has a financial need and shows academic ability, demonstrates outstanding character, participates in extracurricular activities and is a responsible citizen.
Anonymous Scholarship - This scholarship is awarded to a minority Upper School student who demonstrates a strong academic record, exhibits leadership skills, and pursues excellence in the athletic arena.
General Scholarship Awards - General Scholarship Awards are given to Saint Stephen’s students who, by their presence and energy, contribute to the life of the school.
Other Scholarships
Rev. Louis H. Hayden Jr. Scholarship - The Rev. Louis H. Hayden Jr. Scholarship is awarded to a junior who has attended Saint Stephen’s since the ninth grade, has demonstrated good leadership and citizenship, and has made contributions of time and talent to the school community.
Reverend B. Barnes Scholarship - The Reverend B. Barnes Scholarship is awarded to a student who exemplifies the spirit of Saint Stephen’s.
OneBlood Scholarship - The OneBlood Scholarship was made possible by employees and students who participate in the school’s blood drives. This scholarship is awarded to a student who has shown academic ability and intellectual promise.
Father Kezar Opening Doors Foundation Scholarship – The Father Kezar Opening Doors Foundation Scholarship is a need-based scholarship awarded to a SSES Upper School student demonstrating leadership and strong academics.
