Summer COVID-19 Protocols

With community transmission of COVID-19 at low levels and rising numbers of individuals vaccinated, Saint Stephen’s is making several adjustments to its health and safety protocols for those who are on campus during summer break.

We will continue to promote frequent hand washing and social distancing. Summer camp participants, faculty or staff members should remain at home and notify the school if they are sick, awaiting COVID-19 test results, or are not fully vaccinated and have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

We have made the following changes to our mask policy:

Vaccinated Summer Staff - Masks are optional if proof of vaccination has been provided to the school and it has been two weeks since you received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine OR two weeks since you received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Unvaccinated Summer Staff - Mask wearing is optional outdoors, but required indoors when interacting with others.

Summer Campers - Masks are optional.

Visitors - Masks are optional outdoors, but required when indoors and interacting with others.

Information about protocols for the 2021-22 school year will be announced soon.
